Here was my quickie workout for today:
5 minute warm-up on treadmill
3 sets of 12 reps of the following:
- walking lunges (20lbs.)
- wide grip lat pull-down (60lbs.)
- seated row (50lbs. - this was tough for me, and I used to do 60-70lbs. a couple months ago!)
- inverted leg press (90lbs. - this was tough too, used to be able to do more weight)
I was disappointed to find out how much strength I've lost in the last couple months of not lifting regularly...actually lifting pretty rarely. Just gotta get back to it I guess!! I miss the definition I was getting in my shoulders and arms!
